Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a CDL delivery driver in Virginia for a full-time role. Schedule: Tuesday–Friday starting at 5am, delivering pre-sold products from our Distribution Center to customer locations.

Pay is $24/hour with a focus on safe, efficient delivery and strong customer service. Candidates will unload and deliver beverages, maintain customer relationships, and ensure compliance with all federal laws.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL (Class A or B) license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
• Excellent communication and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle and deliver orders of wine, spirits, beer and other beverages to accounts.
• Maintain customer relations and provide excellent service.
• Collect payments and reconcile loads with receipts and invoices.
• Record sales and delivery data daily.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DOT and liquor laws.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance requests.
