Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. in Wilson, NC is seeking a CDL driver to operate residential collection trucks on assigned routes. You will safely drive, collect curbside waste and recycling, and interact with neighbors in a friendly, professional manner.

The role requires performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, climbing in and out of the cab, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Local schedules keep you home every evening.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of CDL driving experience (residential route experience is a plus).
• Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B.

What We're Looking For

• Credentials: Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A or B).

• Experience: 1+ years of CDL driving experience (residential route experience is a plus!).

• Physical Fitness: Ability to step in and out of the cab frequently and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.

• Safety First: Excellent spatial awareness for driving down tight residential streets and near parked vehicles.
