Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. seeks a Ready-Mix Truck Driver for the Harriman, TN area. CDL is required; primary duties include driving concrete mixer to job sites and discharging loads with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role supports our ETN Team, with responsibilities ranging from pre- and post-trip inspections to timely deliveries and clear communication with plant personnel. Competitive benefits and a drug-free workplace are provided.

Qualifications

• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
• Ability to safely operate a concrete mixer truck and related equipment.
• Strong safety focus and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive truck to and from destination applying knowledge of DOT driving regulations and area roads.
• Check loads to ensure product is hauled safely and meets required specifications.
• Distinguish between a proper mix and ensure correct delivery to customer sites.
• Verify directions with plant personnel before leaving the plant for current job site delivery.
• Strive to meet customer expectations without exception.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections on truck equipment and supplies.
• Follow supervision and management instructions and cooperate with team.
• Adhere to all RFI, DOT, and OSHA regulations at all times.
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by management.
