Adams Bros. Concrete Products Ltd. is seeking a Ready Mix Driver I to operate a concrete mixer and deliver to residential and commercial sites. The role requires safe handling of materials, daily vehicle inspections, and adherence to dispatch instructions.

Qualifications include a Class B CDL (A preferred), a High School diploma or GED, strong safety mindset, and teamwork. Benefits are provided and travel to job sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL required, Class A preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate concrete mixer to and from pre-designated work sites based on routing information.
• Conduct daily pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections and report deficiencies.
• Maintain radio contact with dispatch for instructions and changes to work locations.
• Differentiate between mixes, grades, sizes and textures of materials; perform air and slump evaluations.
• Back up and unload materials safely while following hand signals; observe surroundings to avoid obstacles.
• Clean and wash mixer after each delivery; assist with light yard and shop maintenance.
