Job summary

Central Supply Company in West Virginia seeks a full-time CDL Ready Mix Truck Driver to deliver concrete to job sites. You will operate a concrete mixer, perform safety inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness. You may assist with yard work and other duties as needed, while adhering to OSHA/USDOT rules.

Must have a valid Class B CDL; HS diploma or equivalent preferred, with 1 year of related experience or training. Nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid minimum class B CDL.
• High school diploma preferred or equivalent; or minimum one year of related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate ready-mix concrete truck to deliver to construction sites, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Communicate with Dispatcher or Plant Supervisor and follow dispatch instructions.
• Load, unload and handle materials, including lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
• Follow OSHA and USDOT/FMCSA safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Assist with yard work and other duties as assigned.
