Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B).
• High School diploma preferred.
• Driver must qualify as not prohibited in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of concrete loads.
• Adapt discharge methods to site conditions.
• Attach and manage extension chutes as necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the truck.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate with dispatch and team members.

Skills

Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Strong understanding of safety protocols

Communication skills

Knowledge of traffic routes

Basic maintenance skills for truck upkeep

Education

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A or B)
