Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Ready Mix Driver II in Newnan, GA. You will safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer sites and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and excellent customer service, with opportunity to work with dispatch and teammates, follow all safety policies, and contribute to high-quality concrete delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with a safe driving record.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles and equipment safely.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability and customer service excellence.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections and complete required paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
• Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections.
• Maintain product quality by properly handling, mixing, and unloading concrete per specs.
• Provide professional customer service while communicating with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Follow all safety policies, traffic regulations, and procedures for a safe work environment.
