Job summary

Strong Ready Mix is hiring a CDL Driver A or B to safely deliver ready mix concrete to local sites. The role emphasizes customer service, punctuality, and adherence to safety policies.

You will work with dispatch and plant management to ensure accurate deliveries and proper loads, with home every night. Requirements include a CDL (Class A or B), a current DOT medical and drug screen, and at least 2 years of CDL driving experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age.
• Must have 2 years minimum driving CDL Experience.
• Must possess a commercial driver’s license (CDL Class A or B) and pass a DOT medical and drug screen.
• Must have a clean, safe driving record and strong driving skills.
• Must be able to understand and follow technical instructions.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Ready Mix concrete to local locations and coordinate with dispatch and plant management for smooth operations.
• Take delivery tickets, load/unload, and ensure proper chute attachment and slump evaluation.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic pre/post-trip inspections.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies; assist with yard/plant maintenance as needed.
