711 Materials, Inc. is expanding and seeks a Class A Driver for Ready Mix trucks at our Alabama facility. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and regulatory compliance, with opportunities for growth and benefits including PTO, medical/dental/vision, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, loading/unloading Ready Mix concrete, and maintaining clear documentation. Applicants must have a valid CDL with Tank endorsement and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• CDL with Tank Endorsement.
• Clean driving record.
• Ready Mix/Concrete experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years CDL experience.

Responsibilities

• Attendance is an essential function of this position.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere by communicating effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Drive truck to destination.
• Follow company policy on customer service, environmental compliance, and public relations.
• Perform pre/post-trip and roadside vehicle inspections regularly.
• Keep vehicle in compliance with the preventative maintenance schedule to minimize costs.
• Demonstrate competency in loading and unloading Ready Mix concrete procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of all paperwork requirements.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Speak effectively before groups of vendors, distributors, and employees.

Essential Duties

• Attendance is an essential function of this position

• Drive truck to destination.
• Understand and execute company policy regarding customer service, environmental compliance, and public relations.
• Complete Pre/Post and roadside vehicle inspections routinely.
• Maintain vehicle in compliance with Preventative Maintenance Schedule to minimize abuse and unnecessary costs.
• Demonstrate total competency involving loading and unloading procedures for Ready Mix Concrete.
• Have a thorough knowledge of all paperwork requirements.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of vendors, distributors, employees of the organization

Requirements:

• Commercial Driver’s License with Tank Endorsement
• Clean Driving Record
• Ready Mix/Concrete Experience Preferred
• Must be at least 21years of age
• Minimium 2 years CDL experience
