Qualifications

• Experience supervising pumpdown or similar oilfield operations.
• CDL with clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pumpdown operations and ensure equipment is prepared, transported, rigged up, operated and rigged down per procedures.
• Coordinate with field crews, customers and dispatch to schedule jobs and monitor performance.
• Supervise pumpdown crews and conduct pre-job safety meetings.
• Verify compliance with environmental and safety regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
• Drive company vehicles under CDL regulations and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency on every job.
