Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Representative to safely deliver propane to residential and commercial customers in your local area.

You will operate a propane truck, fill tanks, and maintain the highest standards of safety and customer service as part of a national leader in propane. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, ongoing safety incentives, uniforms, a 401k with company match, propane discounts, and paid holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• All Delivery Representatives must hold a valid Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Candidate must pass DOT physical, drug test and background check.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions; ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided routes.
• Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane.
• Deliver propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers.
• Adhere to all federal/state codes and AmeriGas safety policies.
• Wear and use required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Work 8 to 12-hour shifts as needed.
