Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. in Murphy, NC is hiring Delivery Representatives to safely deliver propane to residential and commercial customers. You will operate a propane delivery truck, fill tanks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requires a valid class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements, a clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Work 8 to 12 hour shifts, Home daily. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, generous PTO and holidays, medical, 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Valid class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Satisfactory completion of a DOT physical, drug test and background check.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes.
• Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane.
• Deliver propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers.
• Adhere to AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures and all codes.
