Job summary

Waste Pro in Ocala, FL is seeking a Route Driver to operate a service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks along pre-designated routes. You will perform DOT-compliant pre/post trip inspections and maintain required records to ensure safe, reliable service.

The ideal candidate holds a Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement, has at least 1 year of CDL driving in the past 7 years, is 21 or older, and can read/write English for paperwork and dispatch communications.

Qualifications

• CDL required: Class A or B with tanker endorsement.
• Valid DOT driving record per company guidelines.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience in the past 7 years.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Able to read and understand English for reports and communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives service truck to and from work sites per daily routing information and DOT guidelines.
• Delivers and services portable restrooms, holding tanks, sinks and more at various sites.
• Restock supplies and clean units.
• Perform cleaning and basic repairs; apply chemical solutions.
• Provide courteous customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Answer customer questions and direct to Customer Service or Dispatch.
• Complete pre/post trip inspections and safety documentation per company procedures.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform basic checks.
• Prepare and submit required company and regulatory reports.
• Assist other routes or events as needed.
• Ensure safe operation and comply with DOT requirements; may work during emergencies.
