Job summary

Southeast Arkansas College's Athletic Department is seeking part-time bus drivers for the 2026/2027 school year. Drivers will transport SEARK Athletic Teams and must hold a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and Airbrakes, pass drug testing, and meet state requirements.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Responsibilities include safe transport, pre-trip inspections, keeping the bus clean, assisting with loading and unloading, and reporting incidents.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement and Airbrakes, pass drug testing, and meet state requirements for Bus Drivers.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport SEARK Athletic Teams safely.
• Perform pre-trip bus inspections.
• Keep bus clean and report issues.
• Assist in loading/unloading passengers.
• Maintain schedule and notify supervisor of delays or mechanical issues.
• Work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
