Job summary

Easton Coach Company LLC is hiring Full‑Time CDL Paratransit Bus Drivers in Union, NJ to provide essential transportation services to community members. The role offers a competitive pay rate and a strong benefits package as part of a union location.

You will safely operate a CDL Paratransit Bus, assist riders, and deliver excellent customer service on every trip. A clean driving record, age 21+, and passing a DOT Physical and Drug Test are required.

Qualifications

• CDL with Passenger Endorsement preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass a DOT Physical and Drug Test.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Paratransit Bus based on daily driver manifest.
• Pick up and drop off passengers at scheduled locations.
• Provide mobility assistance and support to riders.
• Ensure passengers feel safe, secure, and comfortable.
• Interact professionally with riders, families, office staff & agencies.
• Deliver excellent customer service on every trip.
