Job summary

Highway Signing Inc. is hiring CDL Operators to support traffic control and pavement marking operations throughout Iowa and Nebraska. This is not an over-the-road driving position; operators work hands-on with specialized equipment on roadway projects.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL preferred.
• Tanker endorsement is a plus.
• Good driving record and safety mindset.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Mechanical aptitude is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, and occasional weekends during peak season.
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who are ready to learn and grow.
