Job summary

Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc. in Kansas City, MO, part of the Carylon Corporation, is hiring CDL Operator to support our environmental and industrial services operations.

Drivers will operate roll off trucks, vacuum trucks, and tractors with various trailers, transporting bulk materials to and from job sites and disposal centers, with DOT-compliant inspections. Requirements include a valid CDL Class A or B license with tanker endorsement, willingness to travel 50% of the time, and ability to pass DOT

Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll off trucks, vacuum trucks, tractors with various trailers.
• Transport non-hazardous bulk materials and equipment to and from job sites, client facilities, and disposal centers.
• Conduct and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and company policies.
• Load and unload bulk materials and equipment ensuring secure and compliant transport.
• Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and site-specific requirements while working with the Site Supervisor.

We are hiring dependable, safety-focused CDL Class A or B drivers to support our environmental and industrial services operations. Drivers will need to operate roll off trucks, vacuum trucks, and tractors with various trailer types.

Job Details:

Position: CDL Operator

Job Type: Full Time 40-60 hours per week and overtime

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay:

$25-$28 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Duties:

• Safely operate various types of roll off trucks, vacuum trucks, tractors with van, flatbed, or specialty trailers
• Transport non-hazardous bulk materials and equipment to and from job sites, client facilities, and disposal centers
• Conduct and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT and company policies
• Load and unload bulk materials and equipment ensuring secure and compliant transport
• Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and site-specific requirements while working under the direction of the Site Supervisor

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A or B license (manual transmission experience strongly preferred)
• Previous experience with Tankers, JetVac or CCTV is a plus.
• Tanker endorsement required
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions performing physical labor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• All candidates must complete and pass a DOT physical, company non-DOT physical, or a combination of both, which includes bloodwork, lift test, pulmonary function test (PFT), audiogram, and a company drug screen
• No OMVI/DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions within the past 2 years
• No license suspensions or major violations in the past 3 years
• No more than 2 speeding tickets or 4 total moving violations in the past 3 years
• Willingness to comply with all company and client safety and operational policies
• Flexibility to work some weekends and occasional travel based on project needs
• Travel 50% of the time
