Job summary

Region Energy in Dover, NJ is seeking an Oil Delivery Driver to reliably deliver home heating oil to residential customers using tank trucks or tractor trailers. You will represent the company professionally, follow DOT regulations, and adhere to route schedules to ensure safe, timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, a valid CDL A or B with Tank & HazMat endorsements and the ability to meet the company motor vehicle policy. TWIC is a plus and a drug screen is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Valid CDL Class A or B driver’s license with Tank & HazMat endorsements.
• TWIC card is a plus.
• Must meet all DOT requirements including road test and drug screen.
• Reliable, diligent and dependable.
• Ability to use maps and locate addresses.

Responsibilities

• Follow route and time schedule.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle.
• Complete logs and reports.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Deliver home heating oil to customers’ homes in a timely and safe manner.
