Job summary

Doodie Calls in Port Arthur, TX is seeking a CDL Pump Truck Driver to service portable restrooms along a set route. This full-time position is outdoor and physical, with responsibility for the truck and on-time performance.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, pump and sanitize units, log activity, and coordinate with dispatch to address delays or site issues. Growth paths include Lead Driver and beyond.

Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement preferred (Hazmat a plus).
• 3+ years of commercial driving experience.
• 5-year driving record that passes insurance review.
• Comfortable with automatic and manual transmissions; trailer or vac-trailer experience a plus.
• Current DOT medical card, and able to pass a DOT Clearinghouse query.
• Available for some nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Do your pre-trip inspection and log it before rolling out.
• Work your route: pump, clean, sanitize and restock each unit.
• Safely back up, park, and maneuver large service trucks and multi-unit trailers into tight or uneven spaces on active jobsites.
• Keep dispatch posted on delays, site problems, breakdowns or accidents.
• Unload at the approved disposal site and keep your dump, mileage and service logs.
• Refuel, handle basic upkeep and flag anything the shop needs to fix.
