Smyrna Ready Mix, LLC is hiring Mixer Operators (Ready Mix Truck Drivers) in Wooster, Ohio. As a Mixer Operator, you will operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver quality concrete to job sites, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in each delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess an active Class A or B CDL and demonstrate a commitment to safety and exceptional customer service. You will enjoy consistent local routes and no Sunday work, along with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in construction delivery is a plus.
• Must be physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver concrete.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records.
