Job summary

Smyrna Ready Mix, LLC is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver concrete across Michigan. This role offers a stable schedule with no Sunday work, allowing for home time after every shift.

As a Mixer Operator, you'll provide excellent customer service, operate a concrete mixer truck, and ensure safety and efficiency during your deliveries. SRM offers competitive pay, benefits including health insurance and a 401k matching plan, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in construction delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver concrete.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams.
