Job summary

BURNCO Texas, LLC is hiring CDL Drivers to join the Ready-Mix team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This full-time, field-based role at the Aledo site offers steady work, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities to support multiple plants.

You will operate or train to operate ready-mix trucks, perform routine maintenance, and uphold safety standards daily. The position requires a valid CDL (Class A or B), 1 year of driving experience, and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL (Class A or B).
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or ready-mix/mixer driving experience.
• Pass MVR, background check, drug/alcohol testing, and physical assessment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate or train to operate a ready-mix truck in urban and rural settings, including tight sites.
• Perform daily maintenance and report minor issues.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free areas around the plant and comply with safety protocols.
• Comply with DOT, BURNCO, and regulatory requirements.
