Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in Odessa, TX is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to drive and deliver pre-ordered products to accounts, and to rotate and stock merchandise according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Driver's License required.
• Interstate designation required on CDL.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Local delivery experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Ability to operate a two or four wheel dolly.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines required.
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.

Work days/Shift Hours: 5:00am - until completion / Off days - Tuesday and Wednesday / Small Store DMX weekdays - Large Store format weekends.

Compensation

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $32.18 to $40.15 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
