Job summary

Hord Farms West LLP is seeking a CDL driver to haul livestock across Southwest Minnesota and Eastern South Dakota, with the perk of coming home every night. You’ll work with modern equipment and a safety-focused team to deliver livestock safely and on schedule.

Responsibilities include complying with DOT rules, performing pre/post-trip inspections, maintaining logs, and coordinating with handlers and supervisors to optimize routes.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL license.
• Livestock hauling experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally haul livestock to various locations within Southwest Minnesota and Eastern South Dakota.
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation related to hauling assignments.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor and livestock handlers to coordinate schedules and deliveries.
