IN ROUTE DRILLING LLC is seeking a motivated CDL Laborer to join our team in Zimmerman, MN. This hands-on role involves operating equipment and supporting field operations in dynamic outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL required.
• Prior construction/drilling/heavy labor experience preferred.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles to transport drilling equipment, materials, and supplies to job sites.
• Assist drilling crew with setup, operation, and breakdown of drilling equipment.
• Perform general labor duties on active job sites, including lifting, digging, and material handling.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures on job sites.
• Support crew leads and operators as directed to ensure efficient project completion.
