Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School education or GED and minimum 2 years of long haul (over-the-road) experience.
• Minimum of one year experience as a driver in a vehicle similar to the assigned one.
• Must have basic math skills and exceptional customer relations skill.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a clean commercial motor vehicle safely and professionally.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and comply with hours of service requirements.
• Unload and deliver ice to customers and company locations courteously.
• Produce invoices and complete required paperwork for each delivery.
• Maintain and account for driver tools and equipment (handhelds, printers, etc.).
• Report accidents, injuries, or citations promptly per policy.
• Follow SOPs and work collaboratively as a team member.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to Code of Business Ethics and uphold safety standards.
• Maintain high safety standards as a core value.
