Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a skilled CDL Highway Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of highway maintenance tasks under supervision. We are training in Highway/Roadway Routine Maintenance to support state DOTs, railroads, and commercial projects.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, mowing and clearing brush, patching pavements, storm cleanup, and related duties. Must hold a Class A or B CDL with at least 5 years of clean driving, plus ability to work nights

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have a Commercial Driver’s License (Class A or B) with at least 5 years of clean driving.
• Must be able to work nights and overtime as needed.
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Able to lift moderately heavy objects.
• Be able to bend, climb, stand, stoop, or walk for long periods of time.
• Accurate eye-hand coordination.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations with work plans and work schedules due to workload or season.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must havea Commercial Driver’s License (Class A or B)with at least 5years of clean driving.
