Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) seeks a responsible CDL Highway Laborer to perform highway maintenance tasks, traffic control setups, and related duties. The role requires operating vehicles, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining equipment in good condition.

The ideal candidate will hold a CDL Class B with air brake, OSHA 10, ATSSA certification, and a clean MVR. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are expected, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• CDL Class B license with air brake endorsement.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• ATSSA Traffic Control Certification.
• Valid MVR with 5 years of clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance tasks such as bridge cleaning, tree cutting, and vegetation removal.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Set up and take down temporary traffic control systems daily.
• Ensure all work is in compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
• Operate company vehicles as required.
• Use all equipment and tools in a safe and effective manner.
