Job summary

Halliburton is hiring for a Heavy Truck Driver with Class A CDL and Hazmat endorsement for work on site in challenging environments. You will operate heavy equipment, transport materials to and from job sites, and adhere to strict safety protocols, including PPE use.

A clean driving record and ability to obtain forklift certification are required. Scheduled 2 weeks on, 1 week off with 60 lb lifting, overtime, and potential per diem benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hazmat endorsement for Class A CDL.
• Endorsements for Tanker, Doubles, Triples preferred.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• Clean driving record, no DWI/DUI past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Report to Foreman or General Foreman with assignments and directions.
• Read and interpret instructions and plan work activities.
• Operate company vehicles up to 30 tons to move materials and equipment.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE; assist with well logging equipment.

Compensation Information

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

• Heavy Truck Driver - Sr. Heavy Truck Driver: $22.00 - $28.51
• Potential Annual Earnings: $86,000 - $106,000/yearly
• Average annual earnings is an estimationdependent on hours worked per week, overtime hours worked, product service line, location, and position. An offer of employment with Halliburton does not guarantee employment for any length of time. Actual pay will be discussed and finalized at the time of the offer.
• Paid living accommodations during scheduled time onora $45/day per diem.
• 2 weeks on 1 week off schedule Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs.

Job Duties

• Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman or General Foreman
• Reads and interprets instructions and documentation and plans work activities
• Operates company vehicles with capacity of up to 30 tons to move materials, tools, and equipment to and from work locations in support of construction and maintenance activities and/or deliver operating materials and supplies from one warehouse to another
• Loads and unloads vehicles
• Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment, and assists during the operation of well logging equipment at job site
• Performs other duties and activities as directed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have Class A CDL licensurewith Hazmat endorsement
• Tanker, Doubles, Triples endorsement preferred
• Must be able to operate a manual transmission.
• Must have a satisfactory driver record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years or any current DWI/DUI charges
• Winter, mountain, over the road driving experience required and the ability to chain up.
• Must be willing and able to obtain a forklift and loader certification
• Must be willing and able to operate heavy equipment including but not limited to forklift, telehanders, loaders etc.
• Able to communicate effectively with others
• Mechanical background and oilfield experience preferred.
• Basic reading comprehension and writing skills required
• Able to pass background, physical and drug screen
• Able to lift up to 60lbs
• Able to pass background, physical and drug screen
• Able to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions
• Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, long workdays, and/or irregular work hours, be on-call with short notice and exposed to extreme weather conditions
• Maintains effective working relationship with other employees
• Schedule: 2 weeks on/1 week off (overnight travel is required as needed).
