Job summary

Thompson Machinery is seeking a Truck Driver specializing in heavy equipment. This role requires operating Class 7+ trucks with CDL in good standing, transporting heavy construction equipment and attachments between company facilities and customer sites.

You will load, secure, and deliver cargo adhering to safety and transportation regulations, under supervision from the Rental Store Manager. We value professionalism, strong customer service, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Possess and maintain a current, valid state Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Three or more years of truck driving and construction equipment transportation experience, including loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rental equipment in a timely, safe manner.
• Load, unload, and secure cargo; operate with safety procedures and regulations.
• Interact with customers professionally and maintain records as required.
• Perform duties with limited supervision under the Rental Store Manager.
