Job summary

The Doe Run Company is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator with CDL to safely operate a semi-truck with tanker and an environmental sweeper truck at Semo Port in Scott City, MO. This dayshift role supports mining operations and requires careful adherence to safety policies.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Class A CDL with tanker endorsement. Training and growth opportunities are available on site.

• Willingness to work dayshift at Semo Port, Scott City, MO.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain equipment; troubleshoot as needed.
• Operate semi-truck with tanker to mining trend transporting spent water and supplies.
• Offload concentrates safely and ensure delivery to customers.
• Document inspections of concentrate trucks and complete required paperwork.
• Coordinate with truck drivers and contractors during offloading and truck wash per policy.
• Adhere to EHS policies, assist peers, report unsafe acts, and seek continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
