Job summary

EquipmentShare in Central Austin, TX is hiring a CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. You will operate a Class A CDL vehicle, transport and unload equipment, and support our customers with safe, on-time deliveries. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with overtime and on-call pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL or chauffeur’s license.
• Ability to pass background and drug testing as required by regulations.
• Must pass DOT physical prior to driving a heavy vehicle.
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle according to state and federal transportation laws.
• Transport loads safely and on time, following traffic regulations.
• Maneuver truck and trailer into loading/unloading areas and follow signals.
• Assist with loading/unloading goods using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain invoices, shipping documents, and deliver paperwork to office after routes.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Arrange trailers in yards for efficient loading patterns.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
