Job summary

Cowlitz Clean Sweep, a Pacific Northern Environmental LLC division, seeks a CDL Class A or B Driver for a fast-paced, team environment. Responsibilities include operating vacuum trucks, transporting hazmat or other materials, and supporting field teams with safety and efficiency.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement, 2–3 years of DOT-regulated vehicle experience, and Hazmat preferred. High school diploma or GED and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement
• Hazmat is preferred, but not required.
• 2-3 years’ experience driving DOT regulated vehicles is required.
• Experience driving Hazmat materials strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum truck and move/reposition vacuum hoses.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles; comply with traffic laws and policies.
• Drive in accordance with safety policies and regulations.
• Complete DOT pre- and post-trip inspections and paperwork as needed.
• Operate box van with drums and lift gate for pickups/deliveries.
• Follow dispatch or supervisor instructions daily.
• Load/unload and set up vacuum hoses at job sites.
• Report accidents/injuries and file reports as needed.
• Ensure loads are properly secured before driving and drive safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
