Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and CDL hazmat endorsement.
• Experience with DOT regulations and safety inspections.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 105 lbs) and work in a warehouse/vehicle environment.
• Good customer service and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to and pickups from customers, other branches/warehouses, and vendors/suppliers.
• Pull orders for customers.
• Load and unload shipments/deliveries using proper equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance per DOT regulations.
• Keep daily trip logs, pre- and post-inspection reports, and monthly fuel reports.
• Prepare product for shipment via UPS, FedEx and common carrier; receive shipments.
• Handle returns, damaged product paperwork, and restock as needed.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously by name; answer phones professionally; maintain attendance.
