Job summary

Fisher Industries is seeking a Fueler to oversee refueling of vehicles and machinery while enforcing safety policies across staff. The role requires a CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Primary duties include fueling equipment, minor repairs, inspections, maintenance, and documenting service activities. Work may occur day or night in various weather conditions; empowerment to perform other duties as

Qualifications

• CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement is required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to complete work tasks under various adverse weather conditions including heat above 100 degrees, cold, and rain.

Responsibilities

• Fuel equipment daily
• Conduct light repairs of all types of equipment as required to ensure proper working conditions
• Performs annual inspections, evaluations and repairs
• Order parts for mobile and fixed plant equipment
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections and services
• Document repairs/inspections as required by company policy or regulation
• Perform mechanical repairs when needed
• Operate service vehicles safely and effectively
• Read and interpret parts and maintenance manuals for equipment
• Perform duties day or night in varying weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned
