Job summary

Maverik, Inc. in Calexico, CA is seeking an experienced CDL Fuel Transportation Driver to keep our stores supplied across the West.

You will deliver fuel safely and reliably on a rotating schedule, with home daily expectations. This role offers an annual base pay of $90k-$100k, plus quarterly safety bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision, retirement matching, and more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CDL driving experience
• Recent experience operating a manual transmission
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check, DOT physical, drug test and driving test
• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements

Annualized Base Pay: $90k-$100k annually*

Shift: 4:00AM or 4:00PM

Days Off: Rotating 5/2, 5/3 work schedule

We’re Looking For Drivers Who Have

• At least 2 years of CDL driving experience
• Recent experience operating a manual transmission
• Must be 21+
• Must be able to pass a background check, DOT physical, drug test and driving test
• Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements:
  • Tanker
  • Hazmat

Supplemental Pay Opportunities

• Quarterly safety bonus (up to $2,000/quarter or $8,000/year)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to perform the following physical behaviors repetitively throughout a shift: standing, walking, handling, reaching horizontally, and grasping firmly
• Must be able to perform the following physical behaviors frequently throughout a shift: reaching above the shoulder, reaching below the waist, pushing buttons, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing
• Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 75-100 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception
• Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions
