Job summary

Great Lakes Petroleum Co. is seeking a professional CDL driver to deliver petroleum products to company sites and customers. The role requires HazMat and Tanker endorsements, TWIC or ability to obtain, and a clean DOT/FMCSA record. Local home daily routes, weekend hours, and performance bonuses are available.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, safe operation, daily vehicle inspections, paperwork, and close coordination with dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements required.
• TWIC card required or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Subject to DOT/FMCSA drug and alcohol testing.
• Meet DOT/FMCSA qualification standards including Medical Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads trucks with petroleum products per regulations.
• Safely operates trucks according to policies and laws.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and conducts safety inspections.
• Performs daily checks of tires, oil, water, and related items.
• Completes and transmits paperwork per procedures.
• Coordinates with dispatchers daily.
