Job summary

Keolis is hosting an open house with same-day interviews on November 11th at 10am for driver positions in Hesperia or Barstow. Candidates should be at least 21, possess a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement, and be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities include performing and reporting pre-trip inspections, safely operating a vehicle, assisting passengers including ADA riders, and adhering to all safety and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CDL with Passenger Endorsement is required/Verifiable.
• 3 years of verifiable driving experience; 5 years preferred.
• Pass a Federal background check with lifetime search.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and a DOT physical.
• Comfort working with people with disabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and decision-making skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle Pre-Trip Inspection and report findings.
• Complete Pre-Trip Inspection Report and deposit copy.
• Report corrections to Dispatch or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Operate vehicle safely and courteously at all times; follow posted speed limits and laws.
• Assist passengers with luggage, ADA passengers, and safe transport.
• Document times, passenger counts, incidents, and requested information.
• Follow safety requirements as instructed by safety manager.
• Other duties as required.
