Job summary

JBS is seeking an hourly Feed Mill Driver Team Member in Bushnell, IL. The role starts at $24.70 per hour with the possibility to increase DOE and a $2/hour shift differential.

Expect 45–55 hours weekly delivering feed to sow operations and finishing sites, with responsibilities including loading/unloading, fueling, and bio-security adherence. Candidates must hold a valid Class A or B license, maintain a clean driving record, and pass DOT screenings.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B drivers license and be insurable.
• Must maintain a good driving record and pass random DOT drug/alcohol screenings.
• Able to lift 55 lbs repeatedly and work in extreme outdoor temperatures.
• Must understand DOT regulations and be able to complete logs and delivery docs.
• Willing to work long, flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver feed to sow operations and finishing sites.
• Represent the company professionally at fueling stations and on the road.
• Adhere to safety protocols around the feed mill and while driving a semi-tractor.
• Understand loading/unloading, flushing, and sequencing processes.
• Maintain bio-security measures and keep trucks clean and disinfected.
