Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in Glendale, AZ is seeking a qualified CDL Driver to operate a SiteOne vehicle and deliver landscape, nursery, forestry, and irrigation products to customers. You will load and unload trucks and work with teammates to keep the branch operating safely and efficiently.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, with preferred experience in dump trucks and forklift handling. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license required.
• Experience operating dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles preferred.
• Experience with manual transmission is a plus.
• Moffett or truck-mounted forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write to maintain daily records.
• Physically capable of bending, lifting, and reaching and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle in accordance with local, state and federal transportation regulations.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person or by phone.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and processes to improve performance.
• Assist with other branch responsibilities as needed.
• Ensure dash cameras remain on during work hours and follow safety protocols.
