Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH company, is looking for a skilled CDL driver to operate dump trucks (end/belly dumps), with or without pups, delivering aggregates and asphalt to residential and commercial sites in Utah. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in records, and adherence to instructions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid CDL with endorsements, a Medical Card, and 1–2 years of related experience. The environment values teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CDL Class A or Class B with appropriate endorsements and valid Medical Card per DOT standard.
• Ability to maintain time and material records; operate dump trucks safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate end dumps and/or belly dumps, with or without pup trailers, and tarping systems.
• Deliver aggregates, asphalt and other materials to residential and commercial sites.
• Keep accurate time and material records; comply with verbal and written instructions.
• Communicate effectively via two-way radio; back up and maneuver with pup trailer when required.
