Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL License.
• Minimum two years of practical trucking experience demonstrating instructional competency.
• Safe CDL A driving record as determined by the Safety Department.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of safe truck driving and interstate regulations.
• Ability to demonstrate the SAGE curriculum subject matter to students.
• Professional attitude focused on safety and performance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate curriculum subject matter and teach students.
• Assess student performance and provide guidance on maneuvers.
• Instruct on driving range and on-road practice during 4–12 hour shifts.
• Maintain a safe and professional training environment.
