Job summary

Eastern Waste Systems, Inc. is hiring CDL Drivers to operate locally - home daily with no long hauls. We provide full training to safely and efficiently operate our equipment.

You’ll be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and customer service. Requirements include a valid CDL held for at least 2 years, a clean driving record, and availability Monday through Saturday and holidays. Experience in the waste industry or operating grapple/bucket trucks is a plus; FMCSA Clearinghouse

Qualifications

• Valid CDL held for at least 2 years.
• Clean driving record and Drug-Free workplace (testing required).
• Available Monday-Saturday and holidays.
• Experience in the Waste industry is a plus.
• Registered with FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse with no open violations.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Safely drive assigned routes as scheduled by management.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Be self-sufficient and reliable.
