Job summary

Universal Supply Co., a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking a CDL Driver Boom Crane to safely transport wall panels, trusses, and materials to job sites. You will perform pre-trip inspections, maintain DOT logs, and operate boom-crane equipment as required.

This role requires a Class A or B license, ability to travel interstate, and commitment to safety. You will load, unload, and secure cargo, assist with warehouse stocking, and collaborate with dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CDL experience preferred.
• Experience transporting lumber and building materials required.
• Experience operating boom trucks and truck-mounted cranes preferred.
• Experience with load charts, rigging practices, and weight distribution for safe crane operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A or B commercial vehicles in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner.
• Deliver to active construction sites and completed build locations; inter-state travel may be required.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections and maintain logs.
• Load, unload, and secure loads using a boom crane and forklift.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
