Gibraltar Fabrication, LLC. is seeking a reliable CDL Driver to support dust control, soil conditioning, and site safety on active heavy civil construction projects in Texas.

This role works closely with grading and earthwork crews to maintain safe and efficient operations in a dynamic field environment. You will operate a water truck, fill and transport water, and coordinate with supervisors to meet daily production needs, while adhering to DOT and company safety requirements.

Qualifications

• CDL with tank endorsement required (hazmat not required).
• 1+ years operating a water truck on heavy civil or earthwork projects preferred.
• Strong safety culture and ability to work around heavy equipment.
• Dependability with consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a water truck to control dust and support compaction and grading activities.
• Fill, transport, and distribute water across active work areas.
• Coordinate with supervisors and equipment operators to support daily production needs.
• Safely navigate active construction zones and follow site traffic control plans.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all DOT, company, and site safety requirements.
• Assist with other site tasks as needed to support project operations.
