Job summary

CrossRoads Building Supply, Inc. in Ethridge, TN is seeking a CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate. This hybrid role involves 40% driving and 60% warehouse work, with a Monday–Friday schedule, 7:00 am–4:30 pm. You must hold a CDL and meet DOT requirements.

Qualifications

Our Ethridge, TNbranch is currently seeking motivatedCDL Drivers/Warehouse Associates to join our growing team!

Position: CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate

This hybrid position involves 40% driving and 60% warehouse work. Candidates must hold a validCDL license and be fully compliant with all DOT requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely driving and delivering materials to multiple job sites
• Assisting with warehouse operations, including pulling/loading stock
• Unloading deliveries at customer locations
• Supporting inventory control and accuracy
• Operating a forklift (experience a plus)
• Providing excellent service to customers and team members

Requirements:

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of building supply products preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Hours: 40 hours per week, full-time
