Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking CDL B Drivers to operate VAC and Box Trucks from our Tonawanda Depot. The role combines driving with labor tasks, including loading/unloading and equipment handling using pallet jacks and drum carts.

Shifts include 8:30am–10:30pm on Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays or Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with potential for 3- to 4-day weeks. Starting pay is $35/hr for the first 40 hours, with overtime thereafter in compliance with DOT rules.

Qualifications

• CDL B with a current DOT Physical, Interstate and Tanker (N) Endorsements to apply.
• Reliable and safe driver with clean driving record meeting insurance criteria.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate VAC and Box Trucks as required, including driving and labor.
• Assist with loading/unloading using drum carts and pallet jacks.
• Collect used cooking oil and transfer it to processing containers.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company safety policies.

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking CDL B Drivers to join our team!

We are seeking CDL B Drivers to operate our Box Trucks and VAC Trucks. It includes both driving and labor. This role requires the candidate to operate a VAC truck and/or Box Truck as needed. The VAC truck collects oil from our containers using a PTO pump and hoses, while the Box Truck will be dropping off, swapping, or removing equipment using drum carts and/or pallet jacks. This position will work out of our Tonawanda Depot.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must possess a valid CDL B with a current DOT Physical, Interstate and Tanker (N) Endorsements to apply.
• Reliable
• Safe driving record who meets our insurance criteria
• Ability to lift 75lbs
• High school diploma or GED

Shift and Pay:

• Saturday, Monday, Wednesday 8:30am to 10:30 pm

OR

• Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30am to 10:30 pm

OR

• Flexible shifts than can be negotiated with management, including Night shifts and 8-12 hr. shifts.
• The job requires you to operate Class B trucks running 14 hr. shifts. You may be required to run a 16-hr. shift as needed and in compliance with DOT requirements for the 16hr exemption. You will be required to operate a VAC truck and/or a Box truck as needed.
• 3-day work week with the opportunity to get a 4-day week.
• Pay starting rate is $35/hr. for the 1st 40 hrs. and then time and a half over 40hrs per week!
