Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer and perform deliveries on assigned routes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and federal regulations governing transportation.
• Maintain accuracy of delivered product and prevent damage from mishandling.
• Communicate issues to the Senior Transportation Supervisor by phone.
• Inspect tractor-trailer for defects before and after trips.
• Operate vehicle on road and customer premises per regulations.
• Maintain electronic driver log according to DOT rules.
• Maintain contact with supervisor for delivery or pickup instructions.
• Follow policies on safety, transportation, and company procedures.
• Comply with professional appearance and training requirements.
• Complete administrative tasks to support transportation operations.
