Job summary

Doll Distributing LLC in Des Moines, IA is hiring a CDL Driver Trainee for the 1st shift with a HOME DAILY schedule. You will deliver to predetermined customers on scheduled routes, load and unload trucks, and provide excellent customer service on every stop.

Must be at least 21, have a High School Diploma or GED, a clean MVR, and basic math and English reading skills. DOT compliance and equipment safety are essential, with Mobility, Excel and Outlook experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information in English.
• Basic mathematical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product on a scheduled route and within appointed time parameters.
• Unload products from trailers and place in designated customer areas.
• Rotate and stock coolers, shelves, and backroom stock at customer locations.
• Operate handheld devices to generate invoices.
• Cross-check inventory with orders and obtain customer signatures.
