Safety-Kleen in Johnstown, PA (a subsidiary of Clean Harbors, Inc.) is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee to train as a Class B Driver for on-site service, waste pickups, and route sales. CDL training is provided and paid for by the company.

Qualifications

• Obtain a CDL B within 180 days of employment (company paid).
• Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 30 days of CDL B.
• Ability to work independently while managing time and productivity.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Physically capable of job duties as required.
• Successful completion of background check, drug test, and physical per position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and follow all safe work practices.
• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries and pickups on time.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer locations.
• Complete all required documentation and labeling.
• Generate or collect leads from customers for new products and services.
• Sell additional products and services to existing accounts.
• Follow local, state/provincial and federal compliance regulations.
• Safely operate vehicles in compliance with U.S. DOT and other requirements.
• Obtain alignment with company operating guidelines and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Safety-Kleen in Johnstown,PA is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee (Driver Class B Trainee). This role will train to drive a Class B box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines, pick up containerized hazardous waste, and sell products/services in a defined route. Safety-Kleen will pay for you to obtain your CDL.

RESPONSIBILITIES
